Editorial Design
2025
This project was designed during my Master’s in Editorial Design and Typography at Elisava.
Overload, is designed to shed light on how emerging technologies tend to overwhelm and overstimulate us in today’s society. The publication is divided into three volumes, each addressing a specific theme related to different forms of overload whether digital, cognitive, or social.
The design intentionally contrasts disruption with elegance: bold, unconventional layouts combined with refined and subtle typography to create a distinctive visual identity. The entire publication is presented in black and white, in order to reduce visual noise and avoid adding to the reader’s cognitive load.
Overload explores the balance between content and form, offering a critical perspective through the lens of editorial design.
